Member Eligibility
Registration is open to individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. Each user is permitted one account only. Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit RM 20 via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow or FPX. Minimum withdrawal RM 50. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without first satisfying those requirements.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your bacan4d account password confidential. bacan4d will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

These bacan4d terms & conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the bacan4d.ws website and all services, games and features available on it ("Platform"). This Agreement takes effect when you register an account, access or use any part of the bacan4d Platform.

2Account Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Use of the bacan4d Platform is restricted to individuals who aged 18 and above only. bacan4d takes the protection of minors from gambling activities seriously. If you are under the permitted age, you are strictly prohibited from registering or using this Platform.
Bacan4d reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other official documents recognised by the Malaysian government. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
2.2 One Account Limit
Each individual may only register and maintain one (1) bacan4d account only. This includes one email address, one phone number, one IP address and one device. Holding multiple accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is a serious violation of bacan4d's terms & conditions and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances confiscated.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. False or misleading information — including your name, date of birth, address, or phone number — constitutes a serious breach of bacan4d's terms & conditions. bacan4d reserves the right to verify all information provided and to close any account found to contain inaccurate details without prior notice.
3User Account & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bacan4d login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or any other party.
3.1 Password Security
- Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
- Do not save passwords in browsers on public or shared devices.
- Change your password regularly and immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Bacan4d will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat.
3.2 Security Notifications
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or your password has been compromised, please contact the bacan4d support team immediately via live chat at support@bacan4d.ws. We will take immediate action to secure your account.
4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
Bacan4d only accepts deposits via approved payment methods listed on the Platform. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. bacan4d will process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 1 hour on business days, subject to completed account verification. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- The recipient's name must match the name of the registered bacan4d account holder.
- Bacan4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within 24 hours.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an active investigation into the account in question.
4.3 Taxes & Fees
Bacan4d does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges beyond bacan4d's control. Members are solely responsible for any tax obligations relating to betting winnings under applicable Malaysian law.
5Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme
Bacan4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms & conditions stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all bacan4d promotions are as follows:
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Every bonus received must be rolled over the number of times stated in the relevant promotion's terms before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place total bets amounting to RM 1,000 before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion.
- Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements — check the specific terms of each promotion.
- Bacan4d reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings in the event of promotional abuse.
- Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.
5.2 VIP Rewards Programme
Programme VIP Rewards bacan4d has five membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier upgrades are based on cumulative bet amounts within a set period. bacan4d reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, including tier upgrade requirements and rewards offered, with prior notice to members.
6General Betting Rules
All bets placed on bacan4d are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring all bet details — including teams, bet type, amount and odds — are correct before confirming. bacan4d will not entertain any requests to cancel or amend bets that have been confirmed by the system.
- Displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
- Bacan4d reserves the right to void or adjust any bets placed at incorrectly published odds (palpable error).
- Maximum bet limits per market are set by bacan4d and are subject to change without notice.
- Any bet involving insider information or match manipulation is void and will be cancelled.
Note: bacan4d reserves the right to adjust or void betting outcomes involving matches proven to have been played dishonestly, subject to investigation by the relevant sporting authority.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bacan4d Platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

8Account Suspension & Termination
Bacan4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any bacan4d terms & conditions set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents.
- Requests from competent authorities.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the bacan4d support team via email at support@bacan4d.ws. Any valid remaining funds will be returned once the account closure process is complete, subject to no outstanding investigations.
9Privacy & Data Protection

10Responsible Gaming

Bacan4d's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
12Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Bacan4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms & conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances.
